Dhoni failed again and in the end it was left to Raina to add some useful runs. At one stage what looked like a score of over 320 when the Sehwag was on the rampage ended up on 260. Will that be enough? It looks like 20 runs short at least.
A collapse after being in the box seat has put India in a dicey situation in this crucial semi-final. It happened against England, then against South Africa and now. But one has to give full credit to Riaz for bringing his side back into the game with a terrific spell. He sent back Kohli and Yuvraj off consecutive balls and that set India back. Sachin Tendulkar perhaps played the patchiest innings of his ODI life - having been dropped 4 times and surviving a couple of close calls. All the 4 catches were easy ones too. Pakistan finally sent him back via a catch by Afridi.
