THE DLF Indian Premier League (IPL) announced the sale of online tickets for the upcoming series which starts on April 18 in Cape Town.
Tickets can be obtained at www.computicket.com – the official online destination.
Tickets in East London, Port Elizabeth, Kimberley and Bloemfontein range between R10 and R75, while fans in Kimberley can catch the IPL double-header for tickets ranging between a mere R30 to R60.
Tickets in Durban, for all double-headers are attractively priced from R25 for students to R150 for the grandstand seats, while single match-day tickets will cost fans between R20 and R100.
Lalit Modi, chairperson and commissioner of the IPL said: “We promised our fans in the Rainbow Nation a non- stop cricket carnival and I think the attractive ticket pricing should be a huge impetus for fans to come and see some of the best cricketing talent in the world display their prowess on the field.”
